How do Leaders keep increasing their capability and capacity, not only
to Lead but to Influence the rest of the organization and customers?.
With best intention, managers / leaders find it challenging to get the
organization members to do what is supposed to be good for them and
their organization. Sometimes such good intention produces un-intended
negative consequences. Much to the dis-appointment, frustration and
stress of the managers / leaders.
Typical interventions used are : sending staff for training, getting
consultants to improve the operating systems, initiating programs,
sometimes with incentives to engage the staff, or on individual level,
managers, leaders or supervisors try rationalizing, advising, lecturing,
mentoring, coaching, bargaining or, pressuring using authorities.
At times, there are some positive results, but usually not sustainable
for long. More often than not, such approaches back-fire : staff
behaviours with their corresponding mindsets / attitudes remain
unchanged, organizational performance stalls, bottom line declines.
This 2-day EP Coaching training cum practice workshop is a sequel to 1-day Number Psychology and 1-day Energy Psychology training, with learners in the corporation having a substantial coaching practice, guided and facilitated by this EP coach over a period of time.
- Number Psychology is a set of tools to help to identify what aspects of the personalities, underlying human drivers like limiting beliefs, emotion, psychology that are relevant to the client coaching challenges.
- Energy Psychology is a set of tools to help to shift limiting beliefs and balance the energies arising from negative emotions, i.e. enhancing EQ, so that coaching client is more ready with clearer and calm mind to initiate new beliefs, ideas and action
- This 2-day EP coaching is then a set of tools to help the client to create more options, take action and move foreward. Integration is made with Number Pychology and Energy Psychology, thus completing a more holistic coaching approach.
At the end of the training, the corporation continues with the institutionalized practice for a period of time, with further follow service by this EP coach in guiding, facilitating the organizational coaching practice learning, until essential EP coaching skills are well mastered by the internal coaches, thereby helping to unleash the organizational potentials with balance.
