Suicide - Individual and Organization
Recently I completed resolving another suicidal case, with complete recovery in 3 EP coaching sessions, each session 2 hrs, at weekly interval. The final session was on helping the client on her life purpose and direction for her to take action.
Suicidal attempt is a type of thinking pattern resulting in action that causes harm, injury or death to the person concerned.
As my current focus is on EP coaching for corporation, I am thinking it could be a more challenging case to deal with corporate suicidal thinking pattern.
What makes me said that?
Leader of an organization, chairman, CEO, or Prime Minister of a country, formulates policies and strategies, over time, result in disastrous consequences, like bankruptcy of a nation (Greece), safety disaster (nuclear or oil and gas), collapse of an entire business, or massive retrenchment of staff ....
Similar to the suicidal consequences, corporate thinking pattern results in action that causes collective harm, injury or death to the persons, properties, communities, environments.
One key distinctive difference is, in the case of an individual suicidal attempt, it is obvious to the people around. And appropriate intervention is called for.
But not in the case of corporate thinking pattern, as there are seemingly so many good 'rationale' to support the decision making.
It is difficult to deal with what the rational mind does not know.
EP coaching intends to raise the collective corporation consciousness, to explore the core of the limiting beliefs at the bottom of the iceberg.
