This is a discussion of a type of personality / behaviour with observations and experience derived from my 400 cases of NP / EP Coaching. (Note: Number Psychology and Energy Psychology Coaching). This article is also written with those of you who attended my Number Psychology training in mind.
A “Positive” Manager has the following attributes of his Numbers:
- Ruling Number , Life Path Number
- Motivation, or Soul Urge Number
- Personality, or Presentation of Self to the world 
According to this manager, he is facing severe challenges currently. His life was messed up badly by someone, threatening him and his family survival. Currently he holds a high position in a corporation as a senior manager. His family life is in chaos, greatly affecting his office work.
He is very confused about his next course of action. He remains in a state of constant stress.
He had a very difficult childhood. He took pride of his own struggle to stand on his own feet. When he presented his story of the past with many negative experiences, he does not show any emotion and feeling. He just related the story as a matter of fact.
He is a self-learner, able to learn very fast, especially something of his passion.
In conversation, he likes to bring up his past struggle, being expressive, he paints terrifying scenes which can be touching and moving to the listeners. When people begin to respond with sympathy or empathy, he is quickly back to his composed posture of appearing cool and calm, that he is in complete control.
He is proud of his struggling and challenges faced and often talked about the glories of his past achievements and successes.
However, as an observer, there is no evidence he could use such past resourcefulness to tackle and manage his current difficult life situations. His current energies are drained and he is stressed. The stress also show up in many of the current physical discomfort and pain. He looses weight too.
He claims that he is a positive thinker. Never thinks of negatives. He can easily accept the past miseries, and there is no need to dig up the past negatives. His future plan is always full of positive pictures. There is no need to have “what if” negative scenarios.
His mind is often locked in the past positives, glories, and ignores the negatives, yet cannot face the current reality.
He claims he is all forgiving, even to the person who messed up his life and family.
In fact, he even sacrificed himself more for that person.
He likes to talk non-stop.
He has great faith in God and God is always on his side. His relationship with God is based on “fear”, i.e. he is afraid not doing the right things God wants him to do, and he must do right, be positive.
He believes and claims that he is very spiritual – he is always calm and feels peace within. But as an observer of him, he could not demonstrate how he could tap the calm and peace energies to help him to be less stressful when facing current difficulties.
He is always on the move, he cannot sit still and do nothing. His mind is always active planning to do something, something adventurous, something risky. He needs action, needs movement to keep him sane.
He claims that many of his friends think he sacrifices a lot, and he is proud that he can take all the difficulties without negative emotions, without negative feelings.
Often he likes to broadcast to his management, other departments in the corporation, that he is very proud of his staff in his department. As they are very independent, taking good initiatives to do their jobs.
At the same time, in the name of efficiency and effectiveness, he often intervenes in their work. Much to the annoyance of some of the staff who feel that they are not being empowered. Although those staff who are more obliging and dependent, like his approach.
Often people project their own needs and perception of things on others. What the manager perceives as the needs, could be his, not his staff. Often parents fall into this pattern of behaviour, either stifling the children mental and emotional growth, or making them become dependent. It is best that we learn the hidden potentials of the people we want to help objectively, for e.g. using Number Psychology.
The manager is using the same mental strategies for his personal life and his work life.
With the above dynamic, more negative energies are created, individually and collectively. This further adds on to the already stressed manager, yet he is not aware of such dynamics.
He has certainly manifested greatly the “negative” energies of   .
Note : As students of Number Psychology in my training classes, can you identify which of the above behaviours belong to , which belong to  and which belong to ?
Do you still remember that the underlying drivers to the above behaviour are the core-fears?
We use Energy Psychology to identify and balance the core-fear energies:
- Core-fear that gives rise to incessant talking, clinging to the past or future glories or pictures, and not experiencing the Now, …
- Core-fear that gives rise to wanting to be free by action and planning more action, not quietude to face oneself, …
- Core-fear that gives rise to detaching one’s emotions and feelings, as if in pure spiritual state, which is more an illusion …
You can imagine if such behaviours continue, how much energies are needed to prop the image of “positive”, “strong”, “never give up”, “everything is OK”?
When energies are dispensed as above, little energies are left to maintain the immune system, let alone strengthen it, .. that is, an invitation for sickness, invitation for more negative events to continue the pattern of behaviour.
And the manager continues to get stuck in the difficulties faced.
In the above cases, related heath issues can be throats problems, leg or lower abdomen, and organs that are susceptible to store negative emotions like anger, fear, insecurity, shame, hurt which are not readily released but suppressed.
