For many years Helen faces numerous problems.

Frequent physical discomfort s : headache, giddiness, involuntary shivering or shaking of the body, not to mention having some diseases in the lower abdomen.

She is very determined to find solutions to her problems.

After giving up hope on the western medicine, which gives her no reliefs let alone solution, she places her faith in alternative medicines, like meditation, yoga, energy healing, energy psychology, diet, supplements, and occasionally vegetarian food.

She also enrolls into various training programs / workshops on healing and therapy and aspires to be a full time therapist / healer one day.

During workshops healing demonstration, when other participants exhibit difficult symptoms like vomiting or emotional disturbance, her weak and venerable energy field gets triggered and her physical discomforts also surface and she shares the traumatic stories of the participants like childhood trauma or past lives. Then healing and balancing of her energy are applied on her, the symptoms subside or disappear. But in the later part of the workshop the same problems appear under different stories or issues. The pattern repeats.

It is her belief that she needs to go for many such healing workshops or individual therapeutic sessions to solve the roots of her problems.

The language she often uses are : “I am searching for my real self” “I want to know my ultimate purpose in life” “I want to be connected with the Universe, God” “I want to serve the Divine” “I want to serve the humanity” “I don’t know what I am supposed to do” ….

She requests for some help from me, over a short time of 30 min. as our schedule did not allow longer session.

I request for her birth-date to do a quick numerological analysis, to validate my guess that her above difficulties are reflected in the hidden message of the number. And I also use the hidden messages as guide for me to do coaching work for her.

From the focused coaching questions using the hidden message in her numbers, the following is reviewed.

I explained that if we have more time and sessions, we will focus on facing reality and derive joy and love from our action and interaction daily, e.g. in the teaching job currently, as this will generate new positive energy to reinforce her current weak energy fields.

When too much focus is on the healing of the past or imaginary problems, one is not using the Power of Now.

Every therapy, healing or treatment is just a tool / process, not solution in itself. The tool is considered appropriately applied, when it helps to raise higher consciousness about self, i.e. client’s own thoughts, limiting beliefs, emotions and psychology that create the problems and what new belief, emotions should be installed that should lead to better performance, with action.

Otherwise, the intended solutions are actually the problems.

Very often, healing only helps client experiencing some relief, but not profound change for the better. This is especially so when no or little learning is derived at the end of the healing, that can help the client to plan and take concrete action daily, to experience the Power of Now.

Both the client and the therapist forget (or do not know) that raised consciousness leading to daily action, is the key purpose of healing.
