  • How to reduce own anxiety and fear, especially in front of higher management?

  • How to remain firm and true to assessment  standards especially during exit interview?

  • How Structure and Language can increase or decrease the tension between management-assessee and assessors?

  • How narrow focus on organization symptoms as assessment finding can irk management-assessee? and how Systems Thinking can be applied to focus on the effectiveness of the Management System?
