Albert Einstein once said "It is impossible to solve a problem without a change in the thinking that originally caused the problem"



This program is specially designed for change agents, organization facilitators, in short, leaders (CEO and upper Management, or Change agents / facilitators), who appreciate (and may get overwhelmed) by multitude of variables that can affect business performance. They  see the need to acquire a new set of knowledge and skills to mobilize and steer the intelligence and wisdom of a group of people towards an intended outcome.


A special tool is taught on how to identify mindsets that produce the un-desirable performance or outcome, and how a new mindset can be designed to effect preferred resutls.



As we reflect, we see today problems seem to be caused by yesterday solutions. We begin to wonder today best intention-effort will produce what other problem tomorrow. 

We experience recurring problems in spite of sincere intervention and initiatives, we wonder why?

We put forward the best plan, but the reality and outcome are different!

We conclude the mysterious things called “mindsets’ “behavior” “attitudes” as the problems, and devise solutions which may still end up in the same vicious cycle of “solutions produce another problem”.

Perhaps we need new theories and shift in our paradigm and not use the same old level of thinking to solve problems. And we need to try Systems Thinking.

“Systems Thinking” is the art and the science of understanding and dealing with complexities arising from human and technology. This program is designed with understanding the fundamentals of systems theories and properties, and to learn and practice tools and methodologies to design and carry out interventions towards intended outcome.

It is a skill-based training program with emphasis on practice – especially in areas whereby the leaders in the organization can play unique roles and increase their sphere of influences.
